By accessing or using Voilo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Voilo. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Use of Service

• Voilo is for personal language learning only.
• You agree not to use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
• You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the system.

4. Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and access credentials.
• Sharing access codes publicly or abusing access may result in revoked access.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Early Access / Beta Disclaimer

Voilo may be offered in early access. Features may change, and we may reset or delete stored data in the course of improving the product. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Voilo platform, including software, design, logos, and content, belong to Voilo or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission, except where allowed by law.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as messages and voice notes). By using Voilo, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service, including generating corrections, translations, and learning insights.

8. Third-Party Services

Voilo integrates with third-party providers such as OpenAI, Google Cloud, Telegram, and Formspree. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Voilo if you violate these Terms or use the service in a harmful or abusive way.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voilo and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date.
